16 killed in drone attacks in northwestern Pakistan

ISLAMABAD —

At least 16 people were killed in two separate drone missile attacks Thursday in tribal area of northwestern Pakistan, according to Pakistani media reports.

Local officials were quoted as saying that around 5:45 p.m., 10 missiles were fired at two compounds in the Dattakhel area of North Waziristan tribal regency, killing 14 people including seven foreigners.
