Sounds like these Hamas guys are getting a bit paranoid and just shooting ANYBODY to kind of let the rest of the Palestinians know "who is still in control??" But control of what?? They keep messing with Israel and Israel keeps blowing the heck out of everything there in that Gaza strip. These blokes sound quite suicidal but I guess if you have NO HOPE and NOTHING to lose, what the heck keep fighting with the Jews until the cows come home?? Real nice situation there.

In addition, it was members of Hamas that kidnapped and killed the three Israeli teenagers in the West Bank.

Meshaal acknowledged for the first time that Hamas members — but not the group's political leadership — were behind the slaying of three Israeli settlers on the West Bank in June. But he defended the murders as a legitimate action against Israeli "illegal" occupation.

"We were not aware of this action taken by this group of Hamas members in advance," he said. "But we understand people are frustrated under the occupation and the oppression, and they take all kinds of action."

But but but.....Hamas does social work, too....

Ah, these are the nice people that some Westerners are so eager to defend. "Democratically elected", after all, eh?

Also notice the lack of protests from pro Palestinian activists about this mass execution. They will come out of the woodwork the moment Israel does somthing. Wait for it.

Israeli special forces are well-known for widest network of direct agents and various sorts of collaborators all across the arabic world.

|| In principle, Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas, who heads the Western-backed Palestinian Authority, is supposed to approve all executions. [third sentence from the bottom] ||

Just a little gratuitous slander of President Abbas and the entire Palestinian political representation courtesy of the publishers at L'Agence France Presse (AFP). Makes it clear that they have completely tossed their non-partisan reporting policies in favor of articles inciting anti-Palestinian anti-Islamic sentiment in their readership. Must help somehow in selling their reportage.

Hamas justice.

Israel should be allowed to inflict same justice to suspected Hamas spies too.

Ha! Can you imagine the shatstorm of outrage erupting all over, if that ever happened?

Israel is of course expected to never stoop down to that level of barbarity.... while being the sole target of criticism. That is is the Middle East situation in a nutshell right there.

Lostrune2: I guess your mother never taught you that "two wrongs don't make a right" WilliB: I have never defended the actions of Hamas, only the non militant Palestinians civilians. Anyone in their right mind would denounce these atrocities! When Israel comments atrocities, I denounce them to!

"Israel collaborators"

Infidels!

I wonder how many more Palestinians must die before Hamas stops firing rockets at Israel...

Hamas doesn't give a damn about the Palestinian people. Every time they attempt to attack Israel the Israelis launch air strikes.

Israel may be know for using agents to collect intel, but what does that have to do with Hamas killing people without trial and in violation of their own laws?

Just a little gratuitous slander of President Abbas and the entire Palestinian political representation

No, simply pointing out that killings like this violate the Palestinians own laws. If anything this statement shows support for President Abbas and distances him from the illegal actions of Hamas.
