    I was in Cambodia a couple of years ago and had the misfortune to use public transport. The rules of the road are simple: A Whatever is bigger has right of way. B Drive on whichever side of the road has less potholes C Motorbikes are for no less than 3 passengers D The speed limit is the slowest you can drive

    I'm hardly surprised by this accident, and while the death of these people is a tragedy it is as a result of some of the worst driving I've seen anywhere in the world (including Thailand).
