Oh this is going too far.... Somebody please search: "ZCTU strike 1997"

and see what I'm talking about. See who occupied the farms; see who called for ignoring the rule of law; see who called on instituting socialism in Zimbabwe; see who lied about Zimbabwe's crisis - by the latter I mean see how Morgan Tsvangirai and his people have spun their agenda into a massive hysteria against Mugabe.

On the ground the reality is Zimbabwe has two completely different stories. I had a look at the people in the US embassy grounds: these are not refugees but people taken there by somebody using them. Why on earth would a black Zimbabwean seek refuge in the US embassy? Don't get me wrong but the concept is so remote from our culture. Hell why didn't they go to the British with whom they're familiar. To black ZImbabweans the US embassy is a place that gives visas to white Zimbabweans. I went there for refuge in 1985 and 1986 and they told me to leave. Today it's 22 years since the threat on my life was first made - in writing! - and the US still doesn't offer me help. Zimbabwe is being divided more by the day by people manipulating the gullability of the west, and we Zimbabweans at the end of the day will pay with our blood while the 'outraged' western observers move on to another 'Crisis de Jour'.
