Sickening destruction by hoodies on the dole. They think they are anarchists? Self-righteous pseudo anarchists who think it is justified to smash and wound.

No one injured?!? Did you even read the article.....
I'm shocked at such an over reaction to a minor budget cutting by the PM. Do the protestors offer any alternative scheme to pay off the government's debt, or are they just noisy and spoiled children?

The TUC leadership already came out condemning the violent acts of a few hooligans and anarchists that vandalized and destroyed business properties. These acts were not shared and supported by the majority of protesters. Trafalgar Square, from pictures already released, looked like Manama and Tahrir.

Am I the only one who finds it pathetic that "anarchists" would protest CUTS in government? What is their point........ they want anarchy, as long as they can get public funding for it. Utter hypocrisy.
I put it down to incompetent policing. It is shocking and pathetic that the representatives of the law would be so idle and allow such damage to private property. Surely "a few hooligans and anarchists" would be easy to control, and if necessary subdue.

this is part of austerity after the public has given trillions to the financial terrorist bankers.
-and where were "The Love Police" in the UK? Get those cameras out Love Police and do your job. I don't want the Gov trying to disrupt these protesters. See you and YouTube LP.

Interesting how no one in the Socialist Workers’ Party actually works and you find anarchists protesting less government spending.

Protests will be going up in UK,US ,EU and World. Anti-nuclear protests in EU,pro-union people power protests in US and many other types of protests.
The Politicians haven't really done much to improve governance and stop their bad records,to stop protests,in EU and USA. The culture of protests,is very strong in EU and USA.
Now same culture of protests, has spread to Arab Nations.
Leaders, need to dialogue more, with protest leaders and understand their messages.
There needs to be more dialogues between of elected members of govt and protest organisers,to solve woes.
The Middle East,North Africa, EU and US protests, now send many messages, which have been blocked by govt leaders.
Now govts, have to deal with long time delayed protests, due to censorship of the voices of their people.
The voice/message of anti govt protest people,is not as dumb,as govt media make it to be.
The problems of insane protests of anti govt people, have to be solved by elected members of govt,if they want to have peaceful economic activities cities/towns.
Years of sweeping problems under the rug by national govts,is cause of rise in protests in Western nations,Arab Nations and Elsewhere.
I don't think any nation, have actually been free of protests.
The national changes in world nations, has always been shaped by citizens and their protest voices.
