3-day Gaza cease-fire goes into effect

And the ceasefire has collapsed with some civvies already killed in Gaza. No idea who to believe about the causes of the current breakdown... all I know is that the Israeli sledgehammer is once again trying to smash a nut... or nutters.

In the hours before the cease-fire took effect Friday, Gaza police reported heavy Israeli tank shelling in northern and eastern Gaza, and the loud exchange of fire between Israeli troops and militants was audible throughout Gaza City. Tank shells landed on homes in the city, setting homes and shops ablaze.

Hamas fighters hit an Israeli tank with an anti-tank missile, Gaza police said, and then attacked Israeli troops who came to evacuate the tank crew. Clashes continued into the early morning hours, police said.

A tank firing shells at homes and shops is clearly a military target. Hamas is firing anti-tank missiles in self-defense. Hit one, eh? I wonder how many women and children the Zionists will take out in reprisal attacks.

Seems that an IDF soldier went missing on the southern part of the "occupied territories" (read "in fact eastern Palestine") in place named Rafah. To what Tsahal replied with a surgical hit on eastern Rafah. (The surgeon operating drunk and with a chainsaw in this case).
