It would be good to see some Americans expressing sympathy for the Iraqis who were killed.

Troops should be back home, enjoying life like other americans back home. I agree ,adaydream, Bring the troops home. No one will dare touch america. What is the reason, for fighting other people's wars and ruining the US economy.

“Special Groups are afraid of progress and afraid of empowering the people.”

We have them in America, too. And like militant Shias, Al Qaeda in Iraq and deadbeat Sunnis they too opposed the surge.

Troops home? Bush announced June 16th that 30,000 of them are coming back as early as next month.

RedMeatKoolAid - Because they have stayed their tour. He's not reducing the forces in numbers because they received an "I surrender" from someone. < :-)
