At least he didn't become another John Bobbit!

While what the women did was bad, a case can be made that he deserved it. Why don't people think they'll get caught cheating?

  • 0

    OssanAmerica

said the man, who testified in shackles because he is jailed in an >unrelated case on theft and child abuse charges. “

    What a total loser.

ilcub and ossan - while what he did was bad, what those women did was far worse... think about the punishment cheating ladies should get, by applying your logic here.

These people all deserve each other and whatever punishments they get.

while what he did was bad, what those women did was far worse

How is it any "worse" or "better"? By what standard are you measuring their actions?

    TheQuestion

Oh the fun I could have with this artical, but for the sake of continuity I'll refrain.

How is it any "worse" or "better"? By what standard are you measuring their actions?

Well I tend to go by basis of points. Felonies get 5, misdemeanors get 2, and random acts of sillyness get 1. Extensive violence add 1 point to any score. So (exempting other charges) the man gets 1 and the women get anywhere from 3 to 6 depending on whether they are charged with kidnapping or if it's a lesser charge some lesser charge.

i don't see the false imprisonment. after all he he agreed to be tied up!

Let's all calm down and get the main part of the story.... how did those women look? that's the important part. Everyone gets caught cheating, its how you work your lady/ladies that makes the big difference. If he were a better man, he should have had the women fight it out between each other.

37 year old guy with a 30 year old wife. Cheats with a 43 year old and a 48 year old.

He must really like the older ladies!

    TheQuestion

Ah but that consent ended the moment that he had enough. It's like how a women can accuratly say that she was raped if the man does not stop immediatly upon hearing the word 'stop' even if she initially consented, unless a safe word other than stop has been selected previously that is.

What a misuse of superglue! But he was still lucky, some wife even cut off husband's thing.oh well.

All of them sound like great catches, really... Why were they getting all worked up over a child abuser? SURELY they can do better than this loser. What they did was wrong, no doubt about it. But the real crime here is that they cared enough to do it. He doesn't sound worth all the aggravation and fines/jailtime they might receive out of this.

These people should all be locked together with tubes of Super-Glue. =They are their own worst enemy and deserve each other.

No means No -you would think women would have that figured out by now.

Trailer Park trash for sure. Probably cousins or something too.

Ossan: "How is it any "worse" or "better"? By what standard are you measuring their actions?"

In terms of infidelity, what the man was engaged in was morally wrong (by most societal norms), but what the women did was not only morally wrong but ILLEGAL. They committed physical assault and could have mutilated him. Call it 'even', or whatever you will, bottom line is that they broke the law while he did not (and I'm not referring to the reasons he was in shackles, I'm talking about the cheating and subsequently why the women did what they did). If it were the opposite and the woman had been cheating with various partners and they came in, punched the woman in the face a couple times, and super-glued certain parts, I would say it is equally reprehensible and 'worse' than the cheating.

"All the women except the man’s wife glared at him during his nearly 90 minutes of testimony. They all declined to comment on their way out of court."

Again, while I agree that the man is a total loser and morally bankrupt, what he did is not illegal, and it's HE that suffered the physical wounds (and probably some mental... the latter of which you can argue were deserved), not them. I hope they all get jail time for the assault.

was morally wrong" again, how good did they look? In my world, passing up a good looking woman or women is just as morally wrong... can't wait to have a son. but, at least I'd offer some advise so something like this doesn't happen. Now after everything is over, do you think all parties will hook up again?

A thief and child abuser. Probably a big liar as well. I wonder what the jury's and the community's reaction will be to someone lecturing them that the man's action was not illegal.

Gotta wonder what this douchebag (I mean dirtbag) used to unglue his Johnson from his stomach? Acetone comes to mind. Ouch!!

presto: "A thief and child abuser. Probably a big liar as well. I wonder what the jury's and the community's reaction will be to someone lecturing them that the man's action was not illegal."

Yeah... he probably punched HIMSELF in the face after tying himself up and somehow gluing his penis to his stomach. What a liar!

Oh, and sorry, but it wasn't illegal what the man did. Immoral, sure. Illegal, no. The woman? 100% illegal. Only a few steps down from 'honour killing', in fact.

  • 0

    presto345

Yeah... he probably punched HIMSELF in the face after tying himself up

I love seeing these reactions. He did not punch himself. He wanted some adventure and asked for it. Let him prove as philanderer, jerk and sexual offender he didn't. He got a little more adventure than he wanted perhaps :-)

Well whatever sentences these women get will be far lighter than a sentence any man would get for assault and battery on a woman.

Sounds like a very sticky situation. Lucky for him the good humored judge ruled that there was enough evidence to go to trial (lol) Did they get snap shots of Mr. Happy being stuck on his belly??? Did they take finger prints??? This whole thing is too funny!!!

  • 0

    PleasureGelf

They hoped it would mend his ways, but he already came to a sticky end. He deserves a stiff sentence, but I'm afraid his marriage will fall apart. Let's hope this lesson holds fast for all of us.

So child abuse is not illegal? Disgusting man and silly women.

smithinjapan at 12:43 PM JST - 9th September In terms of infidelity, what the man was engaged in was morally wrong (by most societal norms), but what the women did was not only morally >wrong but ILLEGAL.

smith - What the man did was also illegal. Under Wisconsin law (WI Statute 944.16), adultery is a Class I felony. The penalty for a Class I Felony is a fine of up to $10,000, or imprisonment of up to 3-1/2 years, or both; however, for a repeat offender, the term of imprisonment may increase up to 2 years with prior misdemeanor convictions, and up to 6 years with a prior felony conviction.

adultery is a Class I felony.

His wife was also committing adultery on the side. I'm disappointed that that didn't make it into this article, because it shows the wife's utter hypocrisy.

    TheQuestion

    Seperate issue.

What the man did was also illegal. Under Wisconsin law (WI Statute 944.16), adultery is a Class I felony. The penalty for a Class I Felony is a fine of up to $10,000, or imprisonment of up to 3-1/2 years

Infrequently enforced and rarely seen in court, its like a Michigan law 750.532 that states "Any man who shall seduce and debauch any unmarried woman shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 5 years or by fine of not more than 2,500 dollars" pluss adultery suits require the effected to make a motion which, if plea bargaining works the same, she won't if she wants the assault charges lessened or thrown out.

The lack of enforcement of the particular law, as well as any speculation as to how the defendant may or may not proceed, is totally irrelevant since the law was brought up merely to point out that the man was not just "morally" wrong as declared by smith.

    TheQuestion

Its a conditional suit, he's only in the red if his wife files a suit. So unless she does he is still fresh as a daisy as far as 944 is concerned. Plus, to bring up charges on him she would also need to put away the three women he slept with (i.e. her acomplices) which is also part of that same law.

  • 0

    OssanAmerica

Its a conditional suit, he's only in the red if his wife files a suit.

Wrong, it's a felony. His wife doesn't have to file a suit, all she has to do is file a criminal complaint. And no, if she doesn't want to file a similar complaint against the other three women she isn't required to do so.

  • 0

    TheQuestion

And no, if she doesn't want to file a similar complaint against the other three women she isn't required to do so.

It takes two to tango, so to speak, and it requires to parties to comit adultery. Bring down one and they all come tumbling down.

  • 0

    OssanAmerica

It takes two to tango, so to speak, and it requires to parties to comit >adultery. Bring down one and they all come tumbling down.

The respective spouses of each of the other women, where they exist, would have to each file complaints against them separately. Yes it takes two to commit the act of adultery, but we are talking about prosecution not the act.

  • 0

    TheQuestion

The respective spouses of each of the other women, where they exist, would have to each file complaints against them separately.

I respectfully disagree. Under the same artical you provided in Wisconsin law it states that charges may be brought against the spouse and against the person the spouse was with during the time of the infidelity. If she brought charges against him it would require one of, or all three of, the women to go down with him.

  • 0

    OssanAmerica

Wisconsin law it states that charges MAY be brought against the spouse >and against the person the spouse was with during the time of the >infidelity

The term "May" does not mean that bringing charges is mandatory or required. Hence, my original belief that the woman could bring charges against her cheating husband but not against the other women still stands.

This man was assaulted. They restrained this person and inflicted pain on his penis, a very sensitive part of his body. The women should be punished.

That's hilarious, no game plan at all. How did they expect him to react by going that far?

Good for you girls! Glad to see the cheating punk get what he deserved.

a case can be made that he deserved it

No one deserves to be assaulted. I always find this mindset kind of fascinating, because the very same people who say 'He probably deserved it' every time a man is beaten, assaulted or killed, or raped in prison are the same type who think there should be harsher laws punishing rape and assault of women. Interesting.

No one deserves to be assaulted.

The wife had somebody on the side, and one of the 'other women' was also married...what do they deserve? Their labia glued together? Imagine the outcry were a man to do this to a woman....lure her to a hotel room with promises of kinky sex, tie her up, then straddle her and start punching her in the face, call other men into the room, and glue her genitals together...

I'm sure you'd all say 'She deserved it!'

And, it was the wife who called the other women and let them know, and planned this. What woman in her right mind sides with the women who slept with her husband?

Given the intelligence level of this bunch and the moral standards they live by, I would not be one bit surprised if the child abuse charges are exaggerated. It will all come out in court of course....what a bunch of winners.

"When the man showed up at the motel, he agreed to be bound with "sheer sheets" and blindfolded with a pillowcase for a "rub down" by Ziemann. She instead cut off his underwear with a scissors and summoned the wife and other mistresses to the room with a text message.

The four Wisconsin women then set out to humiliate the man. When the other women arrived in the motel room, Ziemann hit the man in the face and Krazy Glued his penis to his stomach. Ziemann then told the man, "Do you know how much I want to shoot you?"

Will she be brought up on charges of making a death threat like the husband has been?
