Sad way to go, but I'm guessing if it wasn't intentional death it was because the brewer thought that crocodile bile would give some kick to their craft beer. I can see it throwing off the human digestive system by screwing up one's Ph balance and causing death depending on the acidity of the crocs digestive system. Nasty way to go.
