Oh my god, i saw this on telly and burst vinto tears.

What an awful thing to happen. This world seems so beastly sometimes, their families must be devastated.

Let's hope Thailand quickly improves its image for 2009. As it is, the protests and tragedies seem bent on making Thailand go from the single-largest tourist destination in Asia to among the last. This is very sad news (the night club fire). My prayers to the victims and the families.

Another packed nightclub with 300+ people and only one exit door. And again a devestating fire taking innocent lives. I had hoped the Rhode Island/Great White disaster was a final wake-up call. My condolences to the familes, and a hope that eventually owners of similar clubs will take steps to insure this doesn't happen again.

So sad. I hope that a lesson is learned from this tragedy and that more clubs install appropriate fire safety measures.

Problem was they had people taking fireworks inside. Sparklers or w/e it was. Instead of just improving the fire safety measures, how about tossing in rules on fire safety. Don't light up certain flammable items indoors.
