It will be fun to follow this. The article does not say if the diamonds were rough or cut, Antwerp is one of the leading diamond processing cities in the world. If they were rough diamonds, I would think they would head for India to have the diamonds cut, it would be easier to find a cutter who won't ask questions there. If they were cut diamonds, I would think they would head for the Singapore and deal them through Chinese and/or Indian dealers to get them out through the Singapore Diamond Exchange.

So, they hit the armored car in Brussels, dump the car (all major roads in Europe are monitored by cameras), take a train to Amsterdam (about two and a half hours) and then get a flight out of Dodge.

Another case of selfish and greedy people who are spiritually immature, materially-minded, fearful of tomorrow and worried that there is not enough to go around. A bunch of cowards and losers in society that have no respect for the laws. Nonetheless we see these attributes of greedy and selfish human beings around us every day.

Selfish and greedy. Probably..but arent we all, in our own ways? Spiritually immature. Don't even know what that means. Materially-minded..me too but I'm no armed robber. Cowards..totally disagree. Gonads of steel, disciplined, team orientated, meticulous. Granted these "attributes" could be used for slightly less criminal enterprise but that would be too easy...not the other way round.
