Did anyone see Hana Yori Dango this week? It was on TV in Kansai in the afternoon on Saturday, I think. The episode started in Times Square, where a Japanese with almost no English begged a friendly-seeming fatherly white guy for help. After passing a few black people. When she answered his question "How do you want to get there?" with 'I AM BUS!' he drawled "Jesuhs Chriyst!" and stormed off. Then a black man stole her bag and ran away.
I'm sure New Yorkers and black Americans especially would be thrilled with the image put out in the episode...

When I was a teenager in the UK this was always the excuse given to the police when anybody was caught in possession of that brown/black lumpy stuff they all used to smoke, not that I ever did such a thing you understand. Where did you buy this, the police would ask & the answer was always a black guy they didn’t know. End of police interview. Can’t say I either liked this of ever really approved, but it was pragmatic. Looks like a new cover story will have to thought up so as to avoid accusations of racism.

That is so stupid. Although, statisticially probably still valid. But of course the PC crowd will take it as another rallying cry.

Bonnie Sweeten is the one who clamed it was blacks who kidnap her. Anybody who thinks of this as anything more is a moran. < :-)

I wonder if they say "A white man did it" in some parts of the world.

"two black men in a black Cadillac"
That's almost as suspicious as one black man in a White Bronco.
Seriously, this woman makes me sick.

Was Tawana Brawley available for comment?

Much ado about nothing, I think. I doubt she said "OMG, black people!" but was probably asked to describe who kidnapped her. Now she knows the only thing worse than identity theft and false kidnapping is not using properly sensitive ethnographic descriptions when making fraudulent police calls. Because you know, all the rest is OK.

These Black dudes cannot be that bad if they paid to put her up at Disney Land (lol).
This story is so racially perverse that it defies belief. Let's hope the law is not color blind when it comes to sentencing this woman. One can only hope that she appears in front of an African American judge (yes, some Negroes have managed to drag themselves away from crack dens and get an education) and a completely African American jury (if the bosses let them off their work in the cotton fields). Then, just maybe, this woman will understand the gravity of this whole hoax, hopefully just as the judge sentences her to both a nice long prison terms and liable to all costs incurred as a result of this goose chase.

I wonder if they say "A white man did it" in some parts of the world" I have! But, I have also said a Haitian guy did something too!
But, not for nothing, blacks too have committed a lot of hoaxes like this too.
I think the country would get better once we take over. We are a lot more color blind than either of you two groups!

so if she had said 2 white men it would have been less terrifying?

Well obviously if somewhere were lying they're make up the most believable lie. Even if the fake victim were black what color do you think he'd make his imaginary attacker?

When I got robbed in London, I didn't even bother calling the police as one: he was as black as the night (I literally could not distinguish his facial features) two: the Police couldn't do anything even if they wanted to. Additionally, I never told anyone his 'colour' as it meant nothing to me. I was robbed with a knife in my back by a bad man, nothing more, white or black is irrelevant when blood comes out of you.
Also, two of my best friends were robbed too in London, and neither of them mentioned colour either. Why? Because it is irrelevant.
This woman mentioning the fact that black men rather than white abducted her is important. It is part of identifying the people you are trying to catch. America is so blatantly divided by colour that to even mention it when identifying a criminal, is a crime in itself.
Colour of skin is killing America.
