Of course. Especially when in fact, adults in the USA behave themselves as oversized, aggressive and ret@rded kids toward to adopted children. One "wonderful" parent simply "forgot" his adopted baby inside a car during summer hot for more than twenty hours. The death of child was caused by hyperthermia. Another so-called "parents" kicked and punched their adopted child to death. There are dozen of similar cases in USA.

I do hope these Texans get the DEATH PENALTY! Poor little boy from Russia to the USA with no love! I wanna find these fools in Texas and kick their druggy asses inside and out! RIP poor little 3 year old Russian boy. SuperLib,you should really try and THINK before you post, this little boy was KILLED, yes by Texans, by Americans! How would like to read about little AMERICAN kids being abused and killed in Russia by their Russian step parents??
