After eight years of coalition forces and endless billions of dollars wasted in Afghanistan,remember the song "Where have all the flowers gone" they should change it to "Where has all the money gone". This process of building an Afghani army,should already have been done,why has it taken eight years to make this decision?

I've said it before, how do you expect to gain something to support your country when you're mostly corrupt government is screwing everything up? When you really need help, all you'll end up is with a wet paper shield. If you have to buy a loyal army from citizens that have no confidence in you in the first place, well... I think you get the picture.
