Be'in that I don't think I'm posting to many other fellow californios, I've got to say that you guys have no Idea - about the addiction to power that these guys have. I don't think Mexico has the Death Penalty, and in any case, the traffickers tend to retain their power regardless of whether they live inside or out. This will remain the case until every drug that there is a demand for is legally available. And that is to say, forever.
