And the Chinese embarrasment continues... Good job on the Confucius prize... it may have worked better if the morons informed the winner of what was going on...

In Beijing, China handed out its newly inaugurated Confucius Peace Prize—hastily created as a riposte to the Nobel—honoring former Taiwanese Vice President Lien Chan. In a chaotic ceremony Thursday, Lien was absent and his aides seemed not to know anything about it. Instead, a small, unnamed girl accepted it on his behalf.

How childish can you get?

Yeah, if you want to be treated as a superpower, then you must be able to take debates and criticisms. Obviously China has shown that it is not yet ready to step up on the superpower stage lights.
