Go Brewer!!
Arizona is right. If they're being arrested for committing other crimes, then also check to see if they are illegal aliens.

seems reasonable to me. the burden on legal immigrants is the price you pay for having protection of law.

It seems that Arizona has very real problems and some idealism will have to take a back seat.
But to support every provision makes me think you two either don't know what the provision are or you are fans of Big Brother.
Making it a criminal offense to seek work for example. Just to seek work? That is just mean, completely unnecessary, and its not even beneficial. That is like asking them get involved with gangs. If they get a typical job for illegals, they might be illegals but yet decent neighbors. But if they are even scared to seek such a job, they probably still won't go home but become marijuana farmers instead of tomato pickers.
And why should police be able to arrest people just on a suspicion? I have no problem with the police asking for documentation, but summary arrest is way, way out there.
I can't tell if the writers of this are nuts or if this Big Brother stuff is just an attempt to force the Fed to do something already.
