I know this probably won't go anywhere but I would love to see pictures of Cheney and Gonzales standing in a courtroom as defendants.

lol, this is such a joke. Going by the logic here, you and everyone else here should be indicted for child prostitution. I mean, we all use the internet right, and theres child porn on the internet, so we all must be guilty!

Maybe its just me, or is there kind of a disturbing trend emerging here? In 2000, people were going after Clinton, now 2008, people are going after Bush and Cheney. Guess, in 2012 we can look forward to Obama and Biden being indicted on some ludicrous charge as well.

Molenir: The conflict of interest charge alone is in no way like the 'indirect' charges you claim these criminals face. What's more, how is Gonzales AGAIN abusing his power to have investigations stopped like you and I being charged for watching kiddy porn simply because said porn exists? Maybe if you were stopping an investigation into a kiddie-porn ring and then were being charged for THAT, it would be similar to what's happening here. That I can agree on.

Unfortunately Texas also has blanket immunity for all those working in the Bush administration. Just look at how Tom Delay was indicted and is still in limbo.

Naw, this just proves that you can be indicted for anything in Texas, irrespective of evidence or guilt. Actually convicting you though, well thats a bit harder. Seriously, anyone who actually buys into this crap, is quite frankly an idiot.

Willacy County District Attorney Juan Angel Guerra asked Presiding Judge Manuel Banales to recuse himself from the case, which alleges abuse at federally run prisons.
