I hear the Iraqis are feverishly working on a way to bring Saddam Hussein back to life and reinstate him in his luxurious palaces. After all, there was no al-Qaida in Iraq before the illegal invasion to oust him.

What's incredible is you STILL believe the liberation of Iraq should never have happened, as if Iraq would actually be better off with Saddam Hussein still ruling the place with an iron fist.

Alternately, some brave Iraqis could put up posters and billboards with a nice picture of Saddam and a caption that reads "Miss me yet?"

But is this really "al-Qaida" or part of a larger, more serious Sunni insurgency? Something more akin to a civil war between the Sunnis and Shiite?

Yes, better with Saddam who posed NO threat to America...never came out and ever said anything about attacking America... a waste of money except for the weapons dealers, our main business and tax drain... Americans think everyone has the same up-bringing and values and life as them, but they have no clue (religious,tribal, social, territorial etc.) ... No electricity for hours a day...no fresh water...great Democracy we have given them...and left.... America still hasn't apologized for the thousands killed in Vietnam. Forget Laos...Nixon said "We never dropped one bomb on Laos" go take a look at the bombs found....never mind that...the drop off place for wasted fuel tanks from jets... Yeah yeah, a real American would tell the truth!

The haters are trying to derail Mr Obama's election. More mass killing like this hurts his chances.

About 70 percent were for it in 2003. Bush tricked them all. Of course he was an idiot but he could still fool people.It is hard to explain and besides telling people you oppose war is much easier and to the point.
