He may be a father but he certainly isn't a dad.

Awful stuff. I'm curious as to what his defense is in pleading 'not guilty'.

I wouldn't like to be his lawyer.

driving his three children across the West Gate Bridge when he stopped, lifted Darcey out and allegedly tossed her from the bridge." What was it about her that made him toss her and not the others? Wish we knew more but actually we know enough. I don't even know someone who would such an act to a dog.
I hope he really gets the most severe punishment.

Another father who started to view his kids as objects and possessions rather than humans.

Very sad, but why only the daughter if he was driving with 3 children? Whatever the case if he's guilty he should rot in jail the rest of his life before he gets to rot in hell for eternity.

I really think a death penalty of being put to death the way you made your victim die would really be appropriate. I would love to see the fear on his face right before being jettisoned off the same bridge. I feel so sorry for the little girl. May she rest in peace.

The age-old conundrum... who then puts to death in the same way the person who put the man to death in the same way he put his child to death in?

Sure, and if he survives, let him go? Right... Lets make sure you never make it into politics...
Maybe she was "that" kid... the noisy one.

I remember when this happened. He did it, then turned himself in to the police not too long after, if I remember right, totally distraught. I don't know if it was anger management problems or mental illness, but anyone who could do this would need to be checked for mental illness. This sort of thing is beyond a well person. Anyone who could do that and not be ill really does deserve all of the things people above have said... (and know, I'm not saying it's an excuse, nothing could excuse what he did)
