Looks like the Australians found these 5 guilty in civilian court. They didn't need military tribunals. < :-)

Aday. They also weren't caught outside of Australia by Austrailian soldiers, so of course not.

But this islamic extremist really needs to be taken seriously by all muslims.

I have never heard of a Muslim terrorist pleading guilty - they always plead simply being devout and following their teachings. In their opinion, they are always innocent, no matter how many infidels they have murdered - and killing an infidel is not a crime.

Identical no. But do they have a civilian and military legal systems? Have they convicted them in a civilian court?

Then I'll repeat that Australia convicted them in a civilian court. < :-)
