No, this man's actions over the years were more than enough to show he was a serial nutcase. At 50 years he had more than enough time to get some wisdom with the grey hairs, but instead was still acting like a complete freak. A long violent and offensive criminal record should easily put this guy behind bars for life. Australia needs a 2-3 strikes and your out law.
