    Horrible news. The baby surviving the initial tragedy was the only sparkle of light at the bad news, not it's just all bad news and worse. Given how late it is after the fact if the guy is caught, I doubt they can say with any certainty he was drunk while driving, unless he admits it. Hopefully he gets the full wrath of the law.
