The new change deal in afghanistan begins via new democrat administration of Obama-Biden with 30,000 more US troops.
This make total US presence at 62,000 and 32,000 EU/others.
Total number of troops will be 124,000 troops, there is a lot more business in afghanistan via US dollars/Euros/foreign dollars when converted to low value afghan dollars.
