Blackwater should have lost their license to operate in Iraq last year after killing 17 unarmed Iraqi civilians on 6 September 2007. Good riddance!

If keeping Blackwater is a net positive then they should be kept. If denying them is a net negative then the contracts should be canceled. If keeping them but adding modifications and safeguards is the best option then that should be done.

While the company may not shoulder the blame for the actions of its employees, it SHOULD shoulder the responsibility. Not only should they lose their contracts, they should lose the people in charge of the company.
