Bolivia legalizes child labor for kids from age 10

IF it's work or starve, at least the work should be regulated.

I agree with this legislation. The reality is that many children in Bolivia work with no protection from the law since many are working illegally.

The country is poor. Many children work due to the necessity of survival for themselves and their family. Just because it's illegal doesn't deter it.

Is that Morales' way of Child labor eradication in Bolivia?
