Who is the terrorist here? To most South Americans, US intervention is seen as a sort of arrogant gringo terrorism, so do not be surprised when people in Bolivia, the poorest of the poor in South America turn away US "aid."

It's not like we haven't seen the U. S./CIA undermine countries before. < :-)

Morales has to blame the US. What else is he going to do?

No my dear SuperLib, I do not think Evo Morales just wants to blame the US, just to join Hugo Chavez in an anti USA rant. Bolivia, is the poorest country in South America, what has big brother USA done for Bolivia? Abused it's natural resourses, paid Bolivia peanuts for what ever oil, gas etc..and the White ruling class of Bolivia was very happy, while the majority peasant Indians like Morales slaved away until death. Now China, India etc..are showing more economic interest in South America, so the majority poor Indinas can finally turn around and give the 1 finger salute to Washington while getting out the red carpets for the Chinese, Indians, Russians etc.. and yes as Adaydreamer pointed out "It's not like we haven't seen the U. S./CIA undermine countries before. < :-)" even American citizens do not trust the CIA, let alone all the poor countries in South America who have seen the governments controled from Washington/CIA etc...

If Blovia wants to keep drowning themselves in drugs and corruption then that is their choice. I'm sure the Chinese will treat them as well as their Sudanese buddies.
