I guess the Muslims won't want Hollywood to make a movie about this one, will they? Especially if it's accurate....

Way to go, Bush/neo-cons, you've really made a great success! Continue to interfere with other countries as well. It's all in their best interest.

This mutual hatred is so hard to fathom. What makes them kill each other so wantonly ??
Why don't ppl like lesgrande, who undoubtedly throws around jargon like "Islamophobia" when someone comments on head scarf bans, condemn this bloody and senseless fratricide?

When will ppl like SolidariTea be able to comprehend US intervention ends up aggravating situations which lead to bloody and senseless fraticide?

The topic is Sunni violence against Shiites. This fight has been going for 1,500 years. Stay on topic please, for the sake of my sanity.

That is so true. But this is about the backwardness of the Middle East. It's only natural there. Here on one hand you have lesgrande crying over a dictator taken out by the US but on the other hand you had his type crying that the US supported Mubarak. I just can't understand what they really want. For the US to support or not support. Seems damned if you do and damned if you don't just like the poor Sunnis and Shiites in Iraq. Why can't they all just get along together!!??

what about not supporting ANY dictators?Nobody asked the US to support Saddam(though they did at the beginning -> Iran/Iraq war) and nobody asked the US to support Mubarak. If u take down Saddam, then taking down Mubarak sounds fair.Im waiting for someone telling that Saddam killed his own people and not Mubarak. To anticipate that, when Saddam was doing that he still had the support of the US.

Of course not. Unless the script blames it on the Mossad or CIA...
