Strike terror in the hearts of the unbelievers. This is perfectly in line with the teachings of both Sunni and Shia islam.
Sunnis and Shia have no problems attacking each other (accusing each other of being heretics), but both completely agree on persecuting Christians.
Saddams regime kept the religionists at bay and protected the Christian minority. Now, the days of the Chaldean Christians are numbered.

The problem with the 'teachings' and certainly how they are interpreted, is that they cannot read hearts. In may cases they attack the believers themselves.
Those who try to follow the teachings to the letter, end up doing exactly the one thing that Allah does not want.
Anyway this kind of action is just criminal, pure and simple.
They need to be caught and punished exactly according to the letter of Islamic Shariah law, or the law of the land where they reside. There should be some central accounting office where all these bombings are noted and the details pooled, lest we forget.

Not when you're a paranoid conspiracy nut with an apparently indifferent internet platform to deliver your breathless sermons from!
