This is crazy. One of the reasons I do not respect attorneys is they want to win the case. Weather or not the defendant is an evil monster like Tsarnaev or caught in the act criminal. They have minimal ethics as defense lawyers.

He needs a jury of his peers..... a jury of young, radical, Chechen jihadists. Apparently that is what the lawyer is asking for.

Lawyers for the Boston Marathon bombing suspect asked a judge Thursday to dismiss the indictment against their client or suspend his trial, saying there weren’t enough minorities and younger people in the jury pool.

Kind of bigoted, not to mention incorrect, of the lawyers to assume that minorities and young people would sympathize with the accused just because they are minorities and young.

"Lawyers for the Boston Marathon bombing suspect asked a judge Thursday to dismiss the indictment against their client"

The indictment includes 30 counts, 17 of which carry the death penalty. Where is the legal system that has the murderer on tape planting the bomb killing three, and as an accomplice to gunning down a security officer, then running his own brother over with the get away car and still have the little maggot plea not guilty?

Please make sure there are enough " People of Color " present when he stands in front of a FIRING SQUAD.

Where? That would be in the United States.
