In the UK 11 year olds just get girls pregnant, not good I admit, but there are obviously worse things a boy could do.

The US seems to go that step further; an 11 year old shoots to death a pregnant female adult? Double homicide. What can you say? Hurrah for the NRA?

Agree with you completely. Charge them both, double homicide. The parent can simply get manslaughter charges.
