To tell the tuth I am surprised at just how willing BP has been to cooperate with whatever has been asked of them.

To tell the tuth I am surprised at just how willing BP has been to cooperate with whatever has been asked of them.

It's the result of two year's-worth of trying to deny responsibility for 11 deaths. Their company has been in the news for two years pretending they didn't have anything to do with the decisions that led to the destruction of Deepwater Horizon. Now they are having to pay for that bout of untruths. It looks like they've decided to drop all pretext and just take their medicine. Really, that's what they should have done from the beginning. It would have resulted in much less damage to their corporate name.
