The important first step has been taken. Great! I hope it will effect a meaningful and effective change in the UK and EU.
The key in any change is to replace those in positions that affect the change and changes to come. Since a structure already exists and the system is in place, key positions MUST be changed before any new action can be effectively implemented.
That is exactly what Obama did and literally changed the entire USA. Sadly his appointments were ALL devastating for the USA. I hope her appointments will be much better for the UK and also the rest of the world.
