Shame on you Mr President! These men are heroes who should never have lost their jobs, let alone go to prison (for saving the US from vermin!). Johnny Sutton's the one that needs to be behind bars. I hope that President Obama corrects this wrong - gives them back their jobs and compensation plus wipes the slate clean.

Sometimes, you find yourself of the same opinion as the Devil himself. Int is unavoidable. Rare, but I have to agree with Bush on this one. Its all those other commutations and pardons we should be talking about.
They shot a guy in the posterior as he was running away. That is not heroism. They made it worse by trying to hide it. Ten years was too much, that is about all I can give you.

Don't talk about any of them until you fully examine Clinton's pardons.
Talk about apples and oranges.
I think Clinton is borderline criminal for pardoning all those savory individuals he did.
Good one for W here. They were wrong in how they handled the situation, but got hammered way too hard on the justice part. Bush showing class, as usual. Just like him and his wife not looting the White House - UNLIKE, yep you guessed it, Billy Boy and Hillary C themselves.

their trial was not fair at all. For those of you who lived your lives in gated communities, let me tell you that the guy they shot in the back (which I could come to my own conclusions) when he to run to the protection of Mexico let it be known that that guy deserved a lot worse and so does his buddies.

I don't think these guys are heroes, but over a decade for shooting a guy in the butt seems a bit excessive....

How is it possible to shoot a man in the buttocks 'in self defence'?

President Bush's DOJ should never have prosecuted them in the first place. These men were hero's but they were treated like criminals! Sad for the Bush Administration!

They shot a drug dealer? They should be given medals.
