Industries: generally small family businesses that produce cement, textiles, soap, olive-wood carvings, and mother-of-pearl souvenirs; the Israelis have established some small-scale, modern industries in the settlements and industrial centers
Many of the true Jews were opposed to the creation of Israel" Why?
About 90% of those who call themselves Jews today are not decedents of those Jews" And equally a great % of those who call themselves Palestinians are really not. So, you got a big sand box with a bunch of people calling themselves something they are not...
Besides, basically, you are implying that the land was once Jewish and since those "real" Jews are no longer there, its left to the Palestinians. And you still leave a 10%... That isn't enough?
Well, until the day before their state was created, their "army" was recognized as a bunch of terrorists. They were given weapons leftover from WWII." Ok, what weapons, from who, how many? You claim to know.
George: Sorry, I just did a search, read it and pasted it. I am not on a regular PC and can't look at the history.
sabi: Just who are you to state who is and who is not a "Jew". Couldn't that be used against any other people? I mean, since Islam uses texts and culture from Arabic, then Muslims from Malaysia and Indonesia are not Muslims either thus they have no right to get upset about Muslims in other places?
Judaism is opposed to the creation of the state of Israel." How does a religion speak of this?
George writes:"Here is the catch. Palestinian Christians are just as much against the Zionist entity as Palestinian Muslims."
"About 25 percent of Palestinians are Christian, yet if there are any Palestinian Christian suicide bombers, I am unaware of them.
Now why is that? Don't Muslim and leftist apologists incessantly tell us that the reason for Palestinian terror is "Israeli occupation and oppression"? Why, then, are there no Palestinian Christian terrorists? Are Christian Palestinians less occupied?"
"
Here is the catch. Palestinian Christians are just as much against the Zionist entity as Palestinian Muslims.
"
No, here is the catch: About 5% of the Arabs in the West Bank are Gazah are Christians (as of now... the number is decreasing rapidly because of muslim intimidation), but NONE of the suicide bombers who try to kill Jews is Christian. NONE of the various terrorist groups is Christian -- or can you think of a "Hizb-al-Jesus" or some such?
The Arab Christians are just much victims of muslim violence as are the Jews. And yes, naturally, they can not openly speak against their victimizers, because that would mean quick death.
Btw, how about responding to the facts listed by skipthesong? We should better not wait for answer, right?
Actually Palestinian Archimandrite Theodosios Hanna, of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem has on numerous of occasions accused Israel for ethnic cleansing.
He has said.* We are suffering, because they are Palestinians and they want to stay in their homeland... *
Greek Orthodox Father Atallah Hanna used to praise suicide attacks calling it martyr operations and told the Palestinian Christians to resist the Zionism.
The Zionist Jews are foreigners in this land. They have no right to live or settle in it. They should go somewhere else in the world to establish their state and their false entity. With regard to Palestine and its beating heart Jerusalem, it was never in the hands of the Jews. It was and will forever remain Arab. Jerusalem is an Arab city and the Jews must not settle in it, be masters over it, or carry out any type of religious ritual or ceremony in it. They must leave their homes. They have no right to live on land, [or in] cities or villages that are not theirs
This is a Christian saying this. Notice how Palestinian do not use religion to describe their home land but rather ethnicity? Palestinians say Palestine is Arab. Arabs are both Jews, Muslims and Christians.

Yes, there are Christian antisemites too, and now wonder you would dig up Father Atallah Hanna with his close ties to Arafat.
However, the fact remains: Christian Arabs are being rapidly decimated by the muslims, and Father Hanna´s brown-nosing of the aggressors won`t change that.
And, the fact remains: Although 5% of the Palestinian Arabs are (still) Christian, ZERO percent of the suicide bombers are. Zilch, none.
And the fact remains: The term "Palestinian" to describe muslim Arabs who live in area is an political invention of the 70s. Before the 70s, the word "Palestinian" was not used that way.
It's true that it's not really a religious issue. The Israelis could be any religion. The issue is that they are on the land.
But the debate is mostly a smoke screen. They're just letting us know they want to extermnate millions of people not because of their religion, but for another reason. It's the whole "exterminate millions of people" thing that's the problem.
"I'll never forget that when the Palestinians living in Israel were offered the opportunity to go and live on the other side of the "green line," to live amongst fellow Palestinians, not among Jews in Israel, nobody took the offer... because the Palestinian has everything better in a Jewish state than in an Arab state."
Israel was created by the backing of UK and USA, in an area not belonging to any of this countries, with a previous planned overpopulation by jews. Before 1948, jews groups were the terrorists bombing places like the King David Hotel. That's just history and we just watch the wheels keep going by...
The apologists for absolutely anything that Israel says or does have been spouting their bile and lies here for far too long. What a pity - the effect is that anyone who tries to take a balanced and progressive view to trying to find a peaceful solution, such as Jimmy Carter, is castigated as a friend of terrorists or an anti-semite. No progress is possible when too many people hold such irrational and unreasonable views.
The trouble is, reading some of the above, I think there are many right wingers leading comfortable lives thousands of miles away from Israel and Palestine who'd be very happy if this brutal conflict keeps rolling on. Why? Because they haven't a scrap of humanity between them, and are basically pleased to see Muslims - even women and children - being killed on a daily basis. They won't admit that, but effectively that's what they support and it is no better or worse than wishing Israelis dead. Both viewpoints are DISGUSTING

"Therefore when Americans and Zionists call out Anti-Semite they really do not know what they are talking about."
That's the only thing I've ever see you write yet that makes sense.
