Sex offender this sex offender that! How about GPS tracking on people who have murdered, kidnapped and confined people against their will? The sex offenses might be the common link between the two men above, but surely it is not the worst of their crimes? Why all this emphasis on sex offenders while murderers and the formerly insane still get a second chance? All we end up doing is tracking a bunch of guys who had an underage girlfriend even if he married her later! What a waste of time and money! Track the crazy people, the kidnappers, the violent, the killers and the out and out rapists instead! Put those people on an offender list. Far too many people on the sex offender list don't warrant concern.
