The 'fast tracking' is a critical element to the EU referendum bill in the wake of a catastrophic and messy Greek default and exit from the Eurozone. The fallout, economically and politically to, Italy, Portugal and Spain is obvious and clear. The UK must push reform to ECB risk management strategy to underpin bond market in the Eurozone.

Apart from a few loud voices those in the UK have no appetite to leave the EU.
