    Polar bears are just one of our signals that tells us how well we're handling the envirement. Between global warming and hunting we need to save this valuable resourse.

    We are the keepers of the animals.

    Until they give us a thumbs down, we can assume that our stewardship of the environment is going well.

    What's that? They don't have thumbs? If they can't be bothered to grow thumbs, that's not our problem.
