Carradine may have engaged in a dangerous form of sex play In Bangkok? Who'd have thought it?

Of course anyone famous who dies under unusual circumstances without a pathologist or doctor at their side, must be the victim of a conspiracy of some sort, right JFK, Elvis, Marilyn, Janis, James?

the answers lie within (the article)

Carradine flew to Thailand last week and began work on a film titled “Stretch” two days before his death.

This type of deaths happen every day. Its only unusual when it happens to someone famous. The Carradine's family reaction is not.

I used to to love this "young grass hopper" as his master called him in "Kung Fu" but I guess he lived a secret, perverted life, and this is the consequence, dying, choked by a cheap prostitute in Thailand.

most of those i work with speculate that it was auto-erotic asphyxiation.

    auto-erotic asphyxiation, definitely

Absolutely it was auto-erotic asphyxiation. Tell me how many intended suicides have a rope around the neck and the gentials? It's a dangerous game that many people play many times over, but just that one time, just a second to long with the neck rope, and death results. A tragic and avoidable loss.

" many people play many times over "

Ahem... I had to google for it, had no clue. Ah, sweet innocence.

Keith Carradine said in a statement that the family was “profoundly disturbed by the release in Thailand of photographs taken at the scene of David Carradine’s death,” and threatened legal action against further distribution.

I'm not a fan of David Carradine. But various news about his death kept popping up on my online news websites. I'm equally disturbed as his family. No one should capitalize on another's sorrows. RIP David Carradine.

Are we sure it was "Thai Rath"? That paper is not a tabloid, it's a broadsheet, and it appears to be non-tabloidy in content.

ah, never mind. it was "thai rath". the photo is as described, and although doesn't show the face, it is likely real. the thai cops who leaked it will hopefully be in a heap of trouble.

He was doing Southeast Asia on a Shoestring.

FBI jurisdiction in Thailand? The long arm of the law gone wrong!

Heh. Am I the only one who thinks that Carradine dying from botched auto-erotic asphyxiation is actually better than him having committed suicide? I mean, the thought of being a wealthy, successful, world famous actor, making it to 79 or whatever, and then getting so depressed you kill your self is just, well, sad. This way, hey, at least we was enjoying himself!
