African leaders will take money from any one, even Chaves, before transferring it to their secret accounts OUTSIDE of Africa, they maybe nasty & corrupt, but they are not stupid.

He’s got no chance, China is already in there & they are not going to let some fat fool from Latin America mess up a good thing.
