Corrupt politicians in other governments are much luckier and secure than their Chinese counterparts.

@akkk1 Not really. China has a rank of 100 out of 177 in the list of countires by their corruption perception index: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corruption_Perceptions_Index
