And Human Rights Watch is based where? In another country that does exactly what the Chinese are now saying they're willing to face? The hypocrisy is blatant. Anti-terrorist activities by governments willing to take on the task are not to be limited to the 'western' nations alone. It's about time China stepped up to the plate and showed other so-called world powers that they don't have a protected license to act against terror.

— China has legalised overseas counter-terror operations by its military -article

Charming! All legal now. What a handy tool!

Did they need permission? Or, something? Golly!

I guess the US, Britain, France, Israel, etc have no cause to complain.

Congratulation on the gift-giving season. Is there anything else on the Wish List? It is a rhetorical question. That means "We already know the answer."

The Chinese definition of a "terrorist" is anyone who opposes the unelected Chinese dictatorship.

The catch is that anybody who opposes the CPC is labeled as a "terrorist" by the Chinese government. Who will be #1 on the China's terrorist hit list- the Dalai Lama?

Depends on what the CPC defines as "terrorism". I'm not sure I could trust their definition in the slightest.

China just passed its own anti-terror law.

Ya guys gonna promote Chinese students protest?
