Well with the dollar being in such weak conditions, its no wonder. It will be time for lots of people to come visit the US and get things done. I was wondering why there were a lot more asians around than usual. Usually about 1 of every 30, now its 1 in every 10.

Yeah, the weak dollar helps, though the always-high annual tuition increases may cancel that (even though tuition makes up only a minor fraction of the total budget).
Universities are big business in America. Heck, many universities' annual endowments alone, in the billions, are the size of some countries' budgets.

The dollar's weakness is definitely one of the factors, the influence of American Dreams & Green cards are probably as attractive points too I presume.
