"The proof is in the pudding." China is the chef of this miserable situation on the Korean peninsula. If China can help sous-chef -un understand the value of peace and prosperity, then life will be good for everyone. How can an internationally educated human being think that NK wants to live the way it is now and not live up to its potential like SK or other very small countries? Perhaps it all boils down to feeding all the employees from five store general on down line of contol.

China pledges to keep peace on Korean peninsula

Headline miswritten; should read, "China pledges to keep piece of Korean peninsula."

China's pledges, in my honest opinion, are equivalent to politician' rosy promises given right before an election.
