aj201 "Uygers (sic) should take lessons from Hamas."

    Where would that get them?

Actually China should take lessons from the United States. We've had our race riots and we've done things to alleviate the root causes of such friction. Not perfect, but at least it's working.

What, and actually start wars in foreign countries, and lie through your teeth when telling others why you're invading (oops, shouldn't say invade).

By making sure many African Americans were not allowed to vote in Florida a few years back? You're right, not perfect.

I agree with the Chinese for once. The rioters attacked innocent Han Chinese. The government of China had to stop the attacking of the innocent and rout out and punish the guilty. It the duty of a government to keep the peace.

China is more complicated than most Westerners and Japanese here on JT realize. The Muslim minority being made into second class citizens in their own lands (like the Tibetan too) are just a great recipe for more anger, violence and unrest. Hamas? I do not think the Uigurs our asking for help from Hamas etc..but I am sure many Muslims all around the world will start killing Chinese soon in revenge for the massacre against un-armed civilian Muslims, women and children. Violence only breeds more violence. Beijing must understand that it will never be able to get rid of their Muslim minorities, and that Muslims all over the world are watching very closely this massacre by the Han Chinese against innocent Muslims, no matter how unfair the Chinese media portrays the Han as the only victims in these incidents.

Yes we have and probably will since we're the only country with enough cojones to actually make an effort to implement the agenda of spreading democracy. When have we ever "invaded" a deomcracy?

By making sure many African Americans were not allowed to vote in >Florida a few years back?

As if that somehow is the equivalent of the rioting and violence that has occurred in Xinjang or Tibet.

Nothing revisionist about it. When has the US ever invaded a country and established a dictatorship,a monarchy, or a socialist or communist regime? Speading democracy is a US agenda, known to all including America haters.
