    With only 21 days left to the games, if they really want everyone to read this manual they'd better make it in manga form.

    They really just need to post a warning:

    "All terrorists will be jailed and their organs harvested"

    -that would send a very clear message that China doesn't mess around.

    That is a scary article. I don't think there was ever anyone that thought the Chinese government was open-minded, but if there were this article would change their minds. Evidently, the story was originally in the South China Morning Post:
