But I don't know why labor unrest is a "concern" in China since they're

I'm sure Betzee will be able to talk about this in a lot more detail that I'm able to, but it's my understanding that civil unrest is the #1 fear of the Chinese government. Of all the governments in the world they're probably the ones losing the most sleep over this.
OssanAmerica: don't start digging China's grave yet. What they have achieved in the last 20 years is remarkable which ever way you look at it. It is a Global down turn that started basically in the US and not the failure of the Chinese to produce. They will be back with a vengeance as soon as the global financial mess is sorted and confidence return.

China need to deal seriously with this situation if they don't want fundamental communism prevail over again.
