First - putsch in Kiev (Supported by USA&EU ) than mass arests of political opponents. Then army was send to supress South-East - a sort of Latin America's JUNTA was established.

Then Ukrainian Army starts to shelling cities of south -east...

Yes It's well known fact in Russia - after WW II - most of Nazi criminals run West not East.
