I don’t think Hillary has been subpoenaed outside of Benghazi but she did testify under penalty of perjury that she had “directed that all my emails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or are potentially federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done” yet there have been several chains, even in the IG report, still turning up that were not in the hard copies sent to State.

Every days it is a new revelation of hacking, down security, money laundering, etc. Basically corruption on steroids. Whether it is acceptable or not she is never going to be trusted by anyone, another world leader or our own national security apparatus, with sensitive information again.

Trump cannot win because the whole system comes down but that more about the system than about Hillary's ability as a leader. The system and the Left will do anything to stop Trump.

As the Associated Press reported, in the missing email, Clinton admits that her private setup was a problem.

"Let's get separate address or device but I don't want any risk of the personal being accessible," Clinton wrote to her deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin. That was in response to an email from Abedin in November 2010, in which she advised Hillary that she should get on the state.gov email system or consider "releasing your email address to the department so you are not going to spam."

That exchange turned up only because it was in a batch of emails Abedin provided the government from her own private account. And it directly contradicts statements Clinton has made about the reason for her having a private setup, as well as her claim that she provided all her work-related emails.

Another email released this week reveals that State had set up an official government email account for Clinton to use, and then gives a clue as to why Clinton never used it.

The GOP and the conspiracy theorists with their anti-Clinton hysteria have basically made Hillary.

Speaking as a pragmatic voter who tends to vote liberal, I'd be absolutely ready to believe that Hillary has committed some kind of corruption. I mean, she's basically a focus-tested election-cyborg in a pantsuit shell. I'd rather vote for someone who has more integrity, or at least who doesn't short-circuit when asked what love is, but the GOP have made that impossible. Because hysterical conspiracy theorists latch onto every time Hillary does something slightly unusual and use it to spin a complex web of imaginary high crimes against the state ("OMG she went in through the out door! That must mean she wanted those Americans killed in Benghazi!") nothing is ever going to stick to her because everything starts to smell to the average voter like conspiracy after a while. The haters have trained the public to know that they're never going to bring evidence against Hillary, it's all just speculation and tin-foil hat fodder.

So even when Hillary probably has committed a crime, like with the home server issue, our currency for paying attention to accusations against her got used up decades ago. Because the server issue, that's pretty esoteric to the average voter, so it gets filed under the same category as lunatic Benghazi theories.

So yeah, GOP, I'm going to vote Clinton. Because you refused to show a shred of restraint, you basically guaranteed she would be the most enduring candidate on the Democratic ticket. Oh good grief, if the Democratic primary hadn't been rigged in favor of Crooked Hillary, Sanders would have won easily, especially California.

It wasn't rigged but if Independents could have voted in open primaries or had the foresight to change their registration in time he probably would have. On the other hand, Sanders had never called himself a Democrat before being allowed to run for president on their ticket. So loyalty runs both ways.
