Is that the sound of keys jangling and cell doors clanging. Hillary, Hillary wake up, it's me Bill, you're having a bad dream. Stop worrying, we have plenty of friends in high places

How did the eyes-only emails get there?

Don't worry, President Obama will pardon her on his way out of office, "just in case."

Just to receive official state emails on a private email is an obvious violation already. Many officials had serious troubles of same problem. As a lawyer, either Hillary was dumb or crooked in cooking home server for official business to her convenience. She displays an arrogant of 1% political elite class that law does not apply to her since she is the law! Besides to have private server entity has access to those emails is another offense as well. She lied, denied with her back against the wall deciding to turn in the blank server to FBI. Just a small sample it shows the classified info were found in her emails, and a plain dumb to denied the marking time of classified materials! What happen to 15 emails from Bluementhal to her regarding Benghazi that Hillary said did not existed? She was caught red handed and not about politics, nor right wing conspiracy as she deceiving the world. Justice calls for the indictment of gross negligence at least in compromising national security for her own crooked ambitious. Maybe the Chinese and Russian have copy of her deleted emails to further blackmail Hillary and hurting America. It is a matter of serious concerns.

If there was no classified material on the email traffic of the Secretary of State then she slept through her entire tenure in the job. In all likelihood there were thousands which is why they scrubbed the server so hard because virtually everything that crosses the desk in that position requires some degree of secrecy.

From this point, she looks done, not out, but her chances of takings he WH look very bleak now more then ever.

They will be able to tell what she did or didn't do.

The jury is still out on Hillary in my mind. I'm waiting to see how she will package herself for a WH run. My guess is that she will borrow a page or two from Bernie Sanders.

There's plenty of time for another challenger to come into the race, which is what I'm hoping. I want a few different options.

Gotta love Mrs. Bill Clinton's response to supporters in Iowa this week.

Suddenly, the freshest tactic issued by her demented campaign geniuses to deal with the whole email thing is to dismiss it out of hand as "petty politics."

As an independent voter, I'd say that would be a great way to look at it . . . if, of course, her political opposition had anything to do with her troubles.

Unfortunately for Mrs. Bill Clinton, no Republican told her to set up her own email server outside Government control. No Tea Party operative told her to send classified government information. No right wing religion told her to delete 30,000 of the emails, after being asked by the Senate not to. No conservative at all told her to lie to Congress and to the American people about recklessly emailing state secrets.

It turns out, none of her political enemies arranged any part of this fiasco of deception and possible treason.

Mrs. Bill Clinton did it all to herself . . . .

The way she's polling, she's in very deep water and with sagging popularity polls and a deeply skeptical independent section of the electrolate thinking that's she's not trustworthy or likable, she has her work cut out for her.

The thought that H. Clinton is considered an "option" is shocking. What did Einstein say?

1 ( +1 / -0 )

........and she didn't have the server professionally scrubbed either. The maid did it accidentally.

Lies, just like Bill. They both are attorneys. They always advise denial.

The list of Clinton Foundation donors and those with business before the the State Department already presents a troubling conflict of interest, add in the triple nexus of selling secrets over unsecured networks so Hillary could “opt for convenience” to use her personal Blackberry and the GOP nominee is going to be able to present a genuine threat to National Security – in addition to being generally sleazy and deceptive.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Oh sure, I believe her...don't YOU ?

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Wonder who will go to jail for Mrs. Bill Clinton? Most likely, it will be Huma. From the time Bill Clinton was Governor of Arkansas, to the end of his second term as President, there were 39 people associated with the Clinton's who either went to jail, prison, or died mysteriously. Now, I'm not a conspiracy buff; however, I recognize that this number of people falling on swords -- both figuratively and literally -- for the Clinton's defies coincidence ......

Killary "reiterated Saturday that she did not send or receive emails marked classified from her home-based email server while secretary of state..."

Oh, I see. The emails were not MARKED as CLASSIFIED, so despite the fact that they contained information that would be considered SECRET absolves her of any wrongdoing. Guess it comes down to what your definition of IS is, again.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

I did not have email relations with that CIA officer.

Bye bye democratic hopeful madam president.

Lizz: and the GOP nominee is going to be able to present a genuine threat to National Security – in addition to being generally sleazy and deceptive.

To be fair, not all the GOP nominees are sleazy and deceptive.

But....the party overall is in desperation mode and that makes them extremely dangerous. They want to win the White House without having to change. They know their platform does not appeal to Latinos, blacks, or women and the first candidate who reaches out to those groups will get massacred by the other candidates. That means everything depends on people voting for the GOP despite having their lowest approval ratings in decades.

It's not impossible, but winning with such long odds means their entire strategy depends on dragging Clinton down to their poll numbers. Sleaze and deception will have to take center stage for the GOP.

Really? What is Hillary, safe?

They want to win the White House without having to change.

We did 7 years of change and look what the hell it brought us! That's why people want a change, but NOT THAT change we went through with this guy!

They know their platform does not appeal to Latinos, blacks, or women

Sorry, you have Cruz and you have Rubio which both appeal to a lot of Hispanics and even Blacks. As far as women are concerned. Married women over 53% vote usually conservative. Dems in typical fashion appeal more, NOT surprisingly to single women.

and the first candidate who reaches out to those groups will get massacred by the other candidates.

If you're talking about Trump, yes.

That means everything depends on people voting for the GOP despite having their lowest approval ratings in decades.

True, but the Dems don't get much love either. Remember, the Dems biggest supporters and voters are mostly from California and NY.

It's not impossible, but winning with such long odds means their entire strategy depends on dragging Clinton down to their poll numbers. Sleaze and deception will have to take center stage for the GOP.

Why not not, we've been dealing with the sleaziest politician in American history over the last 7 years, so what's the difference if the GOP uses it to their advantage? Or do you want to imply that trickery, deception are only allowed by Liberals?

Whatever the GOP is polling, Hillary essentially evaded transparency laws and endangered national security because she didn't want to carry two smart phones....and that is from a transcript of her own testimony. You can't make this stuff up. Just wait until they find the backup server.

I feel comfortable with the Justice Department and FBI taking a look since they are not political bodies. I'm sure you'll agree that most people won't put too much stock into a GOP investigation since they are desperate to make anything stick.

The charge that she "evaded transparency laws and endangered national security" will be a double edged sword. A lot of people used personal email, including Colin Powell for all 4 years and Job Bush admitted to talking about troop movements and plans to secure nuclear power plants in his personal email. In the bubble the GOP can ignore everyone else and make it sound like Clinton did something unique, but outside of the bubble is where most undecided voters are. They bigger they make the issue of personal emails, the more the press will dig up and report about GOP candidates doing the same thing. They key is the classified information angle but so far there has been no evidence of that happening.

I personally get turned off to Clinton because of these types of things, but I haven't ruled out voting for her. Clinton and Sanders haven't really presented a full platform yet.

I believe THIS newly led DOJbwill finally do the right thing and now that Holder is gone, we may have a real and true impartial and non-partisan investigation on Hillary.

I'm sure you'll agree that most people won't put too much stock into a GOP investigation since they are desperate to make anything stick

Super, please don't go there, you're going to lose on that one.....

The charge that she "evaded transparency laws and endangered national security" will be a double edged sword. A lot of people used personal email, including Colin Powell for all 4 years and Job Bush admitted to talking about troop movements and plans to secure nuclear power plants in his personal email.

That doesn't hold water. Hillary KNEW and purposely kept vital government information on her server, when asked to hand it over, she replied, No. If she had sensitive information on the server, she said, No. She also denied that she didn't think that having a personal server is a crime, which it isn't, but ot seperating public from private email is and using one address. This time whatever the lobs say! It's all on video, now if someone like David Copperfield can change the video magically and get Hillary to say something else, perhaps, other than that, she's in serious, serious hot water.

In the bubble the GOP can ignore everyone else and make it sound like Clinton did something unique, but outside of the bubble is where most undecided voters are.

Just stop! Maybe IF Hillary WASN'T running for the highest and most powerful position in the world, you might have an argument, but she knowingly did what she did. So now it boils down to whatever she did, was there any INTENTION and if it gets to a point where she could be investigated, she's through. Her numbers are slipping badly. She may be in it for the long haul, but not the people. And remember, she's already in deep trouble with independents, so I personally think it's pretty much "it" for her, I may be wrong, but it doesn't look good either way you look at it.

They bigger they make the issue of personal emails, the more the press will dig up and report about GOP candidates doing the same thing.

Here is the catcher, none of the other candidates had access as the former Secretary of State had-NONE. Everyone and I mean everyone with a shred of intelligence knows what and why Hillary did what she did. No matter how limbs try to spin this, Hillary is in serious hot water this time and not to mention, she lied too many times which was also caught on video, she won't answer any questions, you can't get near her, she won't go on all the main talk shows, she evades and avoids hard questioning. And you limbs think, this will just blow over soon enough. This time around, I don't think so.

They key is the classified information angle but so far there has been no evidence of that happening.

Check the polls, she's not doing that great, but like I said, independents she's pretty much lost without them. You're looking at 74-20 unfavorable rating among Independents. Transparent? I don't think so. That's very bad news for her.
